Preliminary Task – Video Production

My first exercise if a continuity task, I will film one character opening a door and crossing a room then sit down opposite another character. A few lines of dialogue will be exchanged between the two characters. In the scene I will include shot/reverse shot, match on action and be aware of the 180- degree rule. In addition to this I will also add in a cut away and cut in shot. I will try to make the shots flows as easily as possible and enhance my scene by using these different editing techniques.
